Process & timeline
What to prepare before your website build
Having a few things ready speeds up any web build, but none of it is required to start — a good process should be able to work with nothing but a phone call.
Helpful to have
- Your logo, in any format — even a low-res version helps
- A handful of real photos: storefront, team, product, work in progress
- A list of your services or products, even roughly
- Any existing reviews or testimonials, copy-pasted from wherever they live
- Your business hours and service area
- A domain name, if you already own one
Have none of it ready? That's fine.
A good intake process should still work — copy gets written from a conversation about the business, and suitable images get sourced so the build isn't blocked waiting on assets that don't exist yet. "I have nothing ready" is not a reason to delay starting.
Don't let a missing logo or professional photos hold up starting the process — those can be added or upgraded after launch.
What actually speeds things up
More than any asset, the single biggest speed factor is responsiveness — how quickly you can hop on the intake call and turn around the one review round afterward. A business owner who can jump on a call same-day and approve within a day of delivery will always be faster than one with a perfect asset folder but a slow reply time.

Do I have to provide the content and photos?
Only if you want to. Share what you have — logo, photos, service list — and we'll use it. Have nothing ready? We'll write the copy and source suitable images so the site still ships in 72 hours.
What if I'm slow to send things or approve?
No problem — but the 72-hour guarantee covers our delivery, so if we're waiting on you, that time doesn't count against the clock. Once we have what we need, we move fast.
